Called yesterday, it was sold. She was holding it forsomeone for $2500, would take more if I REALLY wanted it...

Was first in line on that one, but when he went to take more pics, the rear shock tower was not there. Had rusted away. I didn't follow up after that, figured if the frame was that rusty, I didn't need to get into it... I can forward pics if anyone else is interested.
Not to get off topic, but it has been relisted here with the same story:

Now, if someone offered the original asking price and made a tentative deal, then why is it listed again for $100 more than the price? Seems like grandma is a bit shady to me.

Saw that too, makes me want to stay away from her...
She says this/she is in Raleigh, but it looks like a Virginia truck based on front and rear plates and inspection sticker/ city sticker placed in center of windshield. (NC has rear plates only and an inspection sticker on driver's side) Things to think about . . .

Thanks guys! I've seen those on craigslist... been to look at the one in Charlotte. OK truck, a little rougher than what I was expecting. Needed an alternator before I could drive it home. Wanted to look at a few more before buying the 2nd one I've looked at... Keep 'em comin...
