These are the part numbers from my Amayama order history:

Gear Assy., Power Steering 44110-60212 $1387
Arm, Pitman 45411-60360 $76

Got a new nut and washer as well, but don't recall where/how they came from.

Awesome thanks! I just checked that gear box number on partsouq and it's $1711 now. Little over $1600 from Amayama so looks like you got a good deal.
