There is 92 that I am thinking of taking a look at it. It's a couple of hours away. It sounds like it's in pretty good shape but the owner mention two issues that I was wondering about.
He said that sometimes on cold days it doesn't idle up the way that it should. He thinks the problem might possibly be related to the throttle body. He says that he has a stick that he pushes into it to help it warm up. Anybody have any thoughts on that issue?
The other thing is that he said there is a problem with a relay that affects the fuel injectors. He said he's tried replacing the relay but that it doesn't work and he's ended up building a switch to go around the relay. Has to be turned on when the truck is on and off when it's off. Any thoughts on that?
Thanks in advance!

most likely the cold start injector..remove , clean and install, should take care of the issue. Also the fuel injector relay gets hot due to the exhaust manifold on the drivers side. upgrade the relay or relocate it inside the cabin..problem solved...

Run Forrest, run!!!

Any repair like you have described is a big warning sign that proper maintenance and repairs have not been made. Who knows what else has been jacked up.
