They should be metric. Take unit to home despot, lowes etc and go the bolt area - try bolts until they fit properly. Get graded bolts, stainless even better.
Or you could also look at the online stuff such as 1958-1984 FJ40, FJ45 and FJ55 Radiator, Thermostat, Water Pump, Belt, Fan, and Hoses - Specter Off-Road - https://www.sor.com/cat/054#tab1, others might actually list the bolts size.
When asking for help stating year/model/market is a good plan.

I believe it is 3/8 - 19 BSPT. When I get home I can check the bag for the plugs I bought for those ports.
