No, I can't find any Toyota applications. I have wanted something like this for years. For the Dana 44 and Dana 50, it looks to be almost $200 cheaper than the ARB AirLocker.
They're on the back of at least one recent Toyota Trails advertising "solutions".

Correct, it's not a true locker. It's a limited slip.
