Thanks to Vango who did this same mod back in 09' I finally got around to it and have detailed photos and directions.
1.) Score a center consold cup holder from a rig being parted out.
2.) Create a template from the passenger side of your center console.
3.) Transfer your template to your desired location. Be sure to make sure the back of the panel is clear of items in that location.
4.) If you plan to put it in the same location as me so the seat when folded up will clear the cup holder you will have to trim the bracket.
5.) You will have to trim the bottom screw tab so that it will fit right above the bump out on the panel.
6.) Although the panel was clear of those plastic snaps it doesn't clear the sheet metal that the plastic snaps pop into. So you will have to break out the dremel or cut off wheel so the bracket clears. Note my first cut was not enough so I had to cut a little more as you see in photo.
7.) Whala you have a third row cup holder!
8.) Final step, crack open a
and put it in your new cup holder in between sips.
