4x4 Labs rear storage and 3rd row seat bracket

Here’s a stupid question but my searches haven’t yielded an answer. I have a 4x4 Labs rear storage basket arriving next week and looking at the rear seat bracket, I can’t figure out how to pop the plastic bolt cover off. Do I just pry it off and don’t worry about damaging the plastic cover or is there a trick to removing it.

The hex shaped cover on the front bracket? You just pry it off.

I’m not with the 80 right now but I thought it was a square plastic piece covering the front bolts on the rear seat bracket. Do you just pry it off?

I don't remember how that one comes off, but most just clip on. My guess is that you spread the bottom, and pull towards the back.

They pop off, but they’re very tight.
