I guess it could be converted into a t-shirt if one is not all that picky. Cruiserdan nailed it. It's a bag that the parts came in. Nice touch though...
If Dan will provide his size, we will provide suitable Terrain Tamer apparel. :)

XL.

One with factory-installed grease spots will save me a bit of time and effort making it presentable in public.....:hillbilly:

Are you opposed to having the spare up against the cab?
No, not at all. I just hadn't given it much thought as a spare was already in place under the bed. I think most of the parts are available and so I will give this serious consideration. I'm wondering it the rack will fit under my topper...

Or maybe consider a bumper / swing away carrier from @reevesci

Jason does excellent work and I have considered him for fab-ing a rear bumper for my ute. I love the idea of a swing out but then the truck would no longer fit in the garage. I've been watching the progress he is making on @beno bumper with anticipation. I can't wait to see it mounted up...

Reasons I like it here.....
1) Easily accessible.
2) Stays dry and clean.
3) Hold my trash bag.

Can you post a photo of your rear fuel tank / spare tire configuration?

Here it is mounted Earl.

I had to flip the tire carrier around to clear the bumper.

Onur, was your exhaust tight against the stock bumper? Trying to figure out if I'll need to tweak my exhaust when I get Jason to make my bumper ....

I had to chop my exhaust off as it was hitting directly on the bumper. I just took a sawzall too it and chopped about 3" off the tip. :meh:

Sam, Need I remind you that 5 Budweiser and 2 Coors Light cans gave their life for that rear bumper and now you want to replace it. You should be ashamed. :)

It will be hermetically sealed so that it can be returned to its correct spot. You have not witnessed my driving by braille technique that requires large hunks o steel ...

Besides, with the extra weight, it might actually go in the garage without scraping the roof on the garage door weatherstripping .... ;)

I better start a new thread at some point to stop the hijacking of this one ;)
