We finally found a new place that is much nicer, has security cameras, is fully insulated and a much safer area. Been moving some larger items over to the new place this week and will be moving the majority of our inventory and heavy equipment over the weekend to the new place.
If you talked to me about getting work, builds, or swaps done over the last couple of months drop me a line, we'll be taking customer cars in starting on Monday. We've got a few swaps scheduled already over the next few weeks, so it may get backed up these first few weeks.
I also hired on an amazing fabricator, so we can make anything you can imagine up. From custom one-off stuff, to simple modifications of existing parts. Drop me a line if you need any work done and we'll get you scheduled in.

We're up and running at the new shop finally. We're offering full in house fabrication now from simple things like intercooler piping, to turbo kits and downpipes, and all the way to the more complex items such as intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds and exhausts.

Through the end of this month (October) we'll be offering some of our in house services at a discount to say thank you for the support to the MR2 community.

If you need any custom work done PM/call/email me and we can go over it in detail.

Discounted fabrication services through October 31st:
Fabrication & Pipe Work : EMSPowered

Just to give everyone an idea of the quality fabrication we do in house now, here are some of Marc's quick welds for a custom aluminum intake we were test fitting today. In reality even this quick mockup weld is better than 99.999% of welds that anyone in the market does. Now you know who to come to for any custom work you need done for your beast! We work on all sorts of crazy projects, not just MR2's, so keep us in mind for all your performance needs.

A custom b-pipe including catalytic converter we made earlier in the week for a local V6 swapped MR2:

Get your custom parts done before the end of the month for the discounted introductory rates!

Got our new bead roller in. This thing runs a heck of a bead. Here's pics of the bead it did on 16 gauge aluminum and on 14 gauge stainless pipe. We are now offering bead rolling service as well. So if you need beads put on any of your pipes drop me a line.

And a custom matching catchcan & coolant overflow that we made for a local alltrac:

Cool!!! Where is your shop? I want to talk to you about doing my exhaust on my swap project.

More pics of said all-trac please!

Sure, we could take care of that no problem. We're located in southwest Austin near the Oakhill area of town.
See here for map and address:

Sure....
We did upgraded cams, larger injectors, new 3rd gen ECU, MAT/IAT sensors, timing belt, pulleys, tensioner, coolant bypass hoses, polished the starter and distributor and coolant neck, custom front mounted intercooler with custom piping, cleaned up existing wiring, custom brackets for the fuse box and relay box, and a whole lot of other little things...

* Custom symetrical desing oil catch can & coolant overflow. Oil catch can is built with proper internals (baffled & insulated). The coolant overflow is built as a functional but "stealth" setup. The inlet is at the bottom/front and the outlet is underneath with a long tube welded inside all the way to the top. Kinda hard to explain but you can see it in the pics.

4" intake including the proper ports for the IAC, catchcan, temp sensor (if you want the ports):

Custom wastegate actuator bracket to allow the turbo to be clocked downward:

Custom molded upper radiator hose to delete the ridiculous stock one that has the metal eblow in there, along with a custom nipple to use as your water feed for your turbo (if you still need it).

Definitely, feel free to drop by anytime. We're usually here from 10:30a - 6:30p, but sometimes we're out picking up parts and things, so give us a ring if you're heading over to make sure we're at the shop and not running errands.

I think I need to stop by to sort out my rusted O2 sensor bungs. Do you guys do that kind of work?

My FJ62 is headed to his shop for some exhaust work, I'll post up pictures.

Also, we have a bunch of 3FE40's rolling around now, and Iam going to look into him making a custom air intake, there is really not a good solution yet for this.

Maybe a group buy?

Yup, replacing O2 bungs is easy. More than likely what we'll have to do is cut out the piece of pipe a couple inches on either side of the O2 bung, then put a new bung on a new piece of pipe and then weld it back into your exhaust. I'll know better once we get a look at it.

We can definitely do custom intakes. for the 3FE40 and have a small group buy for those interested. Or even add them to our inventory as a regular off-the-shelf item if there's enough interest.

Count me in on the intake set up.

Cool work!

Just got me a mk1 mr2 to daily around so gas on the 80 doesnt kill me. Great little car just lacking on power, would be a great candidate for a motor swap. Have you ever done one on these?

They're fun little cars. The MKI is very lightweight as well, so adding a little power goes a long way. The most common swap for the MKI is to put a stock MKII 3SGTE drivetrain in. They're dubbed the MK1.5. It makes for a heck of a quick car and still get very good gas milage. The more "exotic" route to take is to put a 20valve motor in which would make less power than the 3SGTE, but is more rare. My personal preference on the MKI's is to swap a 3SGTE in and call it a day. Plenty of power, parts are readily available, and it's a turbo platform so getting more power out of it later is easy.

Nice meeting a few of you guys at the shop so far. I've been out for a few days catching up with family and will be back on Tuesday (tomorrow), but Marc is still at the shop hard at work. If you guys ever need anything done from little things to full blown custom jobs drop us a line and we'll schedule you in.

Some photos of the new shop for any of you guys that were curious to see what we're doing now. Several different engine swaps. Custom fabrication. Custom intake manifolds. Custom exhaust manifolds. Custom exhausts. And a few projects and new products that we're still keeping under wraps until they're ready for public release

I was really thinking a 2zz would eventually go into this mr.2 once the 4age went kaput but now you got me thinking BOOST! Curious to how involved a 3sgte swap is as I would like to do most of the work myself and have stuff like the wiring outsourced by someone like you..?

Say, you guys have a way of bending DOM tubing? I'm gonna be starting the roll cage on my FJ 40 real soon, and I may need a few bends done.

We don't have a bender yet. We'll probably be getting a nice bender in house around spring time.
