Where are these trails? Looks like fun.

I assume the burgundy LC behind the white has OEM suspension, but compared to the white, that looks like it's got like 4-6" lift, doesn't look like it's 2" or 2.5"

Christmas is good :). Goes in next week for the mods. BTW the 1" BL for me is win-win.

I Know Bump-It padding when I see it!!

Mt. Defiance still has a lot of snow! The Subie in front got stuck (and later broke a suspension rod). We had to dig out. Drifts were still over knee high and soft late in the day. It's a good trip if anyone wants to go.

Didn't realize until late in the trip that the camera had been set to manual with 1600 iso, so not many turned out. Had two Hero cams running. I'll see if I can edit some clips to post.

Edit: funny story. so at about the 4600ft level the caravan stops due to snow drifts. we're all out pondering the next move (turn around, back out, or keep going) and along comes this chick in boy shorts and a bikini top jogging back down the mountain. only in Oregon.

:hhmm: But did you get a vid or pic of the chick? :D

Nothing worth posting. The truck was at an angle in the snowbank waiting for a spotter to do a 35 point turn. Cam caught it, but it's on the edge and in the shaddows. :frown:

A few from Saturday.....we were really lazy about the photography this time

2.5" Heavy lift is official!...Playing in some power lines right this moment. Gotta love wireless tethering on Android...

Lovin those 295/18s and the lift - damn, wish I had the money.

How's the ride/handling on pavement?

Ride is more sport-like. Kinda like going from a cush Lexus to a stiff BMW. Way less body roll on those clover leaf entry/exit ramps. Speed bumps almost kick me out of my seat compared to pre-lift. I still have the POs Monroe shocks under there so I bet going to Kings/Fox is going to be a lot more stiff. I am also running the Heavy lift with no 3rd row seats, rear bumper , spare tire, or drawers so I am sure it will soften up once I get more equipment added.

The weekend's little project.

Damn...You are going full-retard aren't you? I hope to join you in that exclusive club one day.

Torsion bars are cranked so that there is 1" of rake. Rear springs are Slee heavies that are supposed to give you a 2.5" lift when loaded down with a rear bumper, drawers, etc. Since my back end is just about as light as it can be, they have lifted the rear about 3". Fronts are 1" lower than that so I guess I went up about 2.5" from stock on the front.

Ran into this guy on a trail outside of atlanta
