From this spring to this fall...

Love the nearly identical before and after. I'm gonna have to travel some serious miles to do the same once I'm done.

Deal..running boards gone!

Looks awsome, this is what my 03 aspires to be with a little luck and fewer suprise expenses going into the new year

Finally got the lift on and diff drop. Doesn't look that high with the huge tires but it's 38-3/4" to the top of the wells.

I know, I know... the boards. Cash flowed furniture, Christmas, a vacation, and started a new LCC for the :princess: this month so it's gonna have to wait a little longer. Will be replaced in time for 2011 trail time.]

Mate that colour is very unusual, well for me in Oz. Looks great!! Does it have a name or description? Both?
cheers

Hi Peter,

Thanks! It's Desert Bronze Metallic. It's fairly common over here. Spressomon, LJ, and myself all have that color and there are several others here on mud. It's probably not as popular as White, Silver, or Grey. The rare one for us seems to be Mahogany Pearl.

Newbie

Lost the running boards and added front mudflaps. Thanks to CruiserDan for the parts. Slight modification and they fit perfectly. I enjoy all the info on these forums for keeping the LX in top shape. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

I like the front muddies! I just wonder if I can get them to work with sliders... don't really relish the idea of trail pitting the rockers.

Went up into N.GA today and saw some snow, the snow drifts were fender/hood deep, some areas I could not get through no matter how many times I rammed then, there was ice underneath the snow and absolutely NO grip. I could not get out at times since the snow was up past the door so I have no pictures of that :frown: , on to the pictures! And a video or two on the way.

100 series cousin

Snow pics from Red Oak, NC. In the wifes GX470. 100 series is in my avatar so it counts. GX went through 12 inches of fresh powder with ease.

I got my semi-custom Bajarack installed this evening. It's the one with the faring pointing downward and a low profile for RTT setups. I didn't have everything torqued down when I took the pic, so it's a little more straight now.

Can't see the pic for some reason.

Tried multiple browsers.

It's back. Had used up all my bandwidth on my public account on Dropbox, so I upgraded. (Love Dropbox.)
