Looks great, nice work! Where did you find the steel like that with slip joints?Rack complete. $65, not bad. After looking at $1000 racks. I will clean up more later and add some bars.
Went with the Smittybuilt XL, for the size and price it's a great deal.
Finishing up 4x4labs jerry can holder kit. tacked and welded up in under an hour. Great fit @Luke111

If you ever need to free up some yard space I'll be more than happy to take that 105 off your hands
They're quite literally dime a dozen over here, the 1HZ and 1HDTE are much more popular (and thus expensive). I looked at 4 other FZJ105s before I bought this one.If you ever need to free up some yard space I'll be more than happy to take that 105 off your handsWish we had those over here I'm jealous!
Did USA never get the solid axle 100 series? The pick of the bunch in Australia is the HDJ105, factory turbo diesel with live axle front end, and coil sprung all roundI would totally import a 105 here when they become old enough to import which should be right around five years from now.
No. All the 100 series in the US have IFS. No solid front axle.Did USA never get the solid axle 100 series? The pick of the bunch in Australia is the HDJ105, factory turbo diesel with live axle front end, and coil sprung all round![]()
Heck yea. That’s awesome
