Yes I'm pretty sure that is Sweetwater Lake.
I'm not sure if you can drive right up to it but maybe.
There is a really nice "primative" campground near by called Pine Glen.

it doesnt look like there is a whole lot of room if there is any room at all. but; the sat image of your spot doesnt look like there is much room either... YMMV: I got a 68 in aerial photography after all, so my opinion is below average.
