Prepping for the journey now. Gotta hit Walmart or the like late night/early AM for a few things. I'm sure that at least one of ya'll at URE will see this tonight, so let me know if I need to pick up anything for anybody somewhere. See ya in the morning at Eldorado.
Just got back... had a great time. Good seeing old faces and new ones.
I think Mike's trailer was the envy of everyone there.
Shawn thanks for the saw again.
Had a fix a jeep clinic on saturday night hosted by Johnny putting in new bushings and then by me over and over again fixing the ignition on Lee's Scrambler on Daniel.
I hope someone got a pic of Johnny going through the mud
sorry i missed this as I wanted to come...but work has me worn out and too much on my plate. looks like I will likely only make Logans Run and the December run this year. See you all soon.

The Rymers (all 5 if them in their 80), John Vee and his wife in their 40 and I hit some easier trails today. Here are a few of the better photos I snapped (Who doesn't love a couple 40s side-by-side?)
I had an AWESOME time out this weekend guys, thank you! The food was awesome as always. Sorry for missing the work day. I'll get my lazy ass outta bed earlier next time.
Jason and David, great pictures, thanks for sharing! I took a grand total of one picture while I was driving around looking for y'all;
As always the Monk's hospitality was bar none! Thanks!!! We all had a good time with late night cornhole tournament, way too many beers, and Sunday hung over wheelin'. I don't have much in the way of pictures except these:
Fish's Rear End:
Mike's sweet setup posted earlier, seen here all packed up with Hannah in the back seat:
Darin dragging guardrail over to RML:
My broken junk on the trailer with applied trail fix... thanks Johnny, Eric, Mike, et al for helping me get off the trail after finding out the limits of a stock rear axle:
Sorry my brother and I didn't make it over to help w/ the second section of guardrail install, but after breaking Dozer, it was time to head to the barn and crack a few cold ones.
Do you have a spare long side axle shaft you'll sell me if needed? I haven't pulled anything apart yet to see what actually broke. I think this afternoon, I may just pull that saft out and see if it's broken.
I have a FF in the garage I need to get straight that will replace this SF, but have a URE w/e trip planned with some of my college buddies 6/9 and won't have time to get that done b/f then.

What an awesome weekend. The weather was spot on and the company was even better. As always the Monk's hospitality is simply fantastic. I really enjoyed meeting and riding with some new faces. I don't have much to show for pics but man alive what a good time. 7 qts of apple pie and mucho beers later a great time was had by all. There is no greater group of people than these guys and gals in this club. You guys kick ass.
