More than you would think....about 8 out of 10 are out of spec. We are almost always able to adjust them within factory spec (1-3mm tolerances).

You must admit, original specs are a certain goal. Once manufactured , to go back and re-measure will certainly show the actual wear from work function. Anyway, I am glad to see part of your restorations have a way to measure where the frame is right now. Beautiful work you do.

I’m restoring 1966 45LV in Kenya and down to the cosmetic parts. Could someone point me to where I could find door weather stripping (all 5 with tailgate) including for the wind wing window and tail light gaskets ?

I know the hinges are different, but are the front door dimensions on the LV same as on the pick up?

I met one of you guys in cruise moab real quick. I wish I could have looked at the fj43 closer but was too busy figuring out my coolant leak and if I could make it home. It looked nice though from what I saw. Thought it was cool to see it on the trail.

You must not be referring to any of the LV owners on this board. I can't think of even one that has the fake patina or as you say "Fauxtina".

Well the cat was prematurely let out of the bag, but still plenty of great progress shots to come.
