I'm trying to imagine what the owner of that looks like. I'm guessing they have a mobile home, chickens, and lots of "ferns" growing in the back yard.

Body and frame were separated for frame measurements and body prep

Fully stripped down to bare metal

Then re-assembled in raw form to make sure everything is copacetic

Then back off to head into paint!!! About to get real good!

The color is chosen, you guys are gonna love it!!!

I would love to watch a video (time lapse) of the process of removing the paint. What you use for a chemical stripper, and what tools are used to get into the nooks and crannies. There has got to be a TON of hours in that process, unless you have found a way (process) to lesson the pain...

More than you would think....about 8 out of 10 are out of spec. We are almost always able to adjust them within factory spec (1-3mm tolerances).
