Fully stripped down to bare metal

Then re-assembled in raw form to make sure everything is copacetic

The color is chosen, you guys are gonna love it!!!
 
I would love to watch a video (time lapse) of the process of removing the paint. What you use for a chemical stripper, and what tools are used to get into the nooks and crannies. There has got to be a TON of hours in that process, unless you have found a way (process) to lesson the pain...

That's some neat $hit! Do you find many frames that have been tweaked?

More than you would think....about 8 out of 10 are out of spec. We are almost always able to adjust them within factory spec (1-3mm tolerances).
