Placed a Marlin order a week ago saturday.
The UPS tracking information showed as "Billing information recieved" until today, same as the last time I placed an order. I don't know why this is so hard for them.
Today I received someone else's order. I think the gentlemanly thing to do is overnight my order and give me a shipping label to return the wrong order. They won't next day my order, and didn't tell me that apparently they hadn't actually shipped my order to someone else, which would be an honest mistake. Rather they had managed to not tell me that part of my order was on backorder, and that it's ready to go out now.
Everyone has only the best things to say about their products, but I am unimpressed with the service I've received.
dude that sucks this kind of s*** can kill a company. Hopefully they fix there problem or people will be going else where, this is one of the reasons why i don't go to all pro offroad anymore there shiping department is junk just not worth the hassle and im staring to think the same with Marlin, getting my orders shiped to my door is like pulling teeth
