Oh My God!!!! That is the best Christmas light display ever.. I would be telling eveyone I know to come over and see it in person.. Every time you're neighbor looked over to you, I would raise my glass:beer: and toast him to christmas cheer and tell him what a great job he did.. Oh,and GREAT call with sending it out to Jimmy Kimmel, I'll be watching for it....

This is great. He is going to be famous

I don't know if I would have believed it with out pics. Thats great.

I'm with you on that!!! I know that I am terrible at spelling, thank god for spell check and all that other stuff that helps me out. Your hood should sneak a dictionary onto his door step with the word "peace" highlighted or something. That would be a little anonymous "hint" to them.

Nah....why ruin the fun! I don't think they'll ever notice cuz when you stand in the road the angle is such that you can't read it....just a bunch of lights. My house is on a small hill so I see it perfectly.

I'm starting to become obsessed with it. Now I wanna see how long it will stay up before some do-gooder passerby decides to tell them. or maybe the town is full of jerks like me

So when are we going to change the name of the YT section of Mud to "SouthBostonFJs Personal Classified Section"

Yes I am a jerk. Yes this is intended to be a joke. Please take no offence SouthBostonFJ ;p

Dammmit!!!!! you beat me to the punch!!!

snowing like crazy, glad I sent the wife off in the car with snow tires, I shall muddle home on all seasons.

thats awesome i want snow wicked bad i have a 4wd 4 wheeler i want to go tool around in:p

3" of heavy wet snow on the ground and icy rain all night, it's ugly out there. Schools canceled all over, whole family staying home. As long as I have power I'll work.

Since this is Jack's Kindergarten year this is his first official "snow day." :) He is celebrating with Ben 10.

We got 25 cm the beginning of the week (lots of it ice!! ) and we are expecting another 15 to 25 cm today...lots of snow again for this early in the season.

Driveway is mostly clear and now the sun is out so hopefully we'll get some melting before it chills up tonight. Snowblower was basically useless, shoveling 4" of slush was no fun either.

A lot of rain last night and this morning. Ice wasn't to bad
in our neighborhood.
Went to work, no power so we couldn't sort mail. No mail either,
roads were closed between Keene and Manchester. Our 1st tractortrailer
had a limb go thru the windshield (driver was ok) finally had one truck get thru
after 5 hours (it is a 50 mile drive). We used headlamps to sort all the packages
and delivered them. Went home around 11.
Got some shop time in in the afternoon.
Tomorrow will be hell!

My business partner lives in Rindge NH. Now power expected for 2-3 days. His neighbor has a gas generator that ran out. He stopped at every gas station heading south and finally found gas near Worcester. Worcester actually had plows out just to move tree limbs

Power to Dover just restored. We used the motorhome generator to power up the fridge and the blower for the fireplace stove insert. Hopefully its all over.

had a lot of rain here and a couple twigs fall on to the yard  Boston always gets boring storms seems like nh and western ma always get some sort of exciting storms. oh and my damn generator, i have only had to use it once and that was in the summer when a transformer blew up.
hopefully i just jinked my self and Boston will get slammed with 3 feet:D

no s***! I leave for vaca for a week and look what happens!

Traveled to Keene today to Christmas shop, got most of it done with my wife working a 2-Man Tactical Scenario with our son tagging along. :) Glad we can still fool him so easily.

Stores were a bit nuts but the traffic wasn't bad at all. We only hit the Target plaza though, downtown Keene looked like a madhouse with cars backed way up onto Rt 12(?)

The trees lining 91 between here and Keene were beautiful, just coated in ice from head to toe, lots of breakage. We actually took a backroad around Springfield on the way home and it was crazy, looked like there had to be tree after tree after tree down from the storm but most of them had been cut back off the road. It was 1 lane in a few places still but the houses all ahd lights on so that's good.

I'm thankful we never lost power. If anyone needs a warm couch, feel free to contact me, (sporin AT gmail DOT com)
