Is it bad luck to close on a house fri the 13th?
thats our project for the day, I have been instructed to stay clean for the meeting at 11, so I am staying in the office. :D

Dave- Pics of the paint on Sunday night.....no excuses.

Wildman- Congrats!!!

My father is in town for 4 days so we're taking the Blizzard for a tour of the old neighborhood. Pinion's house for a bit tomorrow and graduation parties everywhere. Should be fun!

Since my rig is still at wally's until I can get a trailer there, I have been tearing back into my triumph project. Coming along well.

I posted this pic in chat under a motorcycle thread, but I am a proud papa, so I will feed my vanity by posting it up here.

I kept telling him the metric wrenches would not work well on british standard fasteners, but he is a stubborn little bugger.

rabid, do you have that on the road yet? That's a sick bike and the riding weather has been excellent.

Topping on the way home to pick up paint, spending the evening griding loose rust and sanding, and taping. :)

Camo in a can?

On 2nd thought, surprise us...

Nope. I suck. Put it off for months to do the frame swap/SOA/SR/blah blah blah on the 40. I am picking up a cherry 1979 HOnda XL500 dual today from a buddy who bought a 1 yr old KTM dual.

I just got the brakes figured out ($68 in stainless hose and fittings ) and oredered my 3 (yes THREE) coils yesterday. Hopefully running next week. She is all good aside from wiring and the coils.

Sad thing is, I will probbly only run it a few times and sell it, as the cruiser build is going WAY over budget, and I have to free up some money.

That Triumph is beautiful...

Just had to say it again.

I guess you have to watch every minute of every Celtic's game to see what is going to happen. I shut it off in the begginning of the 3rd. picked up the beater 40 from paint guy on weds. , bolt it back together, wire it and take it up to the back 40 for a little thrashing. I am trying to cadd draw a map and keep looking outside- I think it is time to quit for the week!!!

spud- thanks.

rapovt- I bailed at about the same time. I am a total fair weather b ball fan, though. My wife is the trooper- she watched the whole thing and said it was incredible.

Wow, lots going on today!! Grats Wildman on the house! Looks Great!

Love the Triumph! I got an old harley awaiting some attention in my basement. Too many projects, too little time or cash for them...:)

I got a delivery today from my Brother-in-law. The old seat he used to use in his van for his kids. Looks like it will work just great for my kids in the troopy.
