Congrats and post up a pic when you get it.
Mica globes are handmade by Fred Kuntz, and better than the originals. Old Coleman parts often has them and quite reasonable given the one off hand made nature of it.
@Cruiserdrew thanks for the info! I found an autostriker and generator new in cardstocks at a estate sale for $2 for the pair, they look super vintage, I'll shoot pics next time I'm at the barn.

Little crap to clean out but overall looks good.
Put some white gas in the tank and I was able to get it to fire up, but I'm not getting much in the way of output with all 3 burners going. Need to figure that out, but can't complain for 30 dollars a pretty clean 426D

I believe that's an early one, and would guess 66-67 or so. It has the diamond side cut outs which means it has a better case with welded ends. That's a very good pick up for $30. Not sure how long that style went.
Post up a pic of the feet. Nice to see if welded (early) or stamped (later)
Flip the tank upside down and look for a date stamp under the tank tabs that hold it to the case.

Great early stove. Very early with those feet. Use it and enjoy.
I recently purchased a Coleman 500 Sportsman single burner stove dated 7/60. My intention was to actually use it, not as a collectible.
When it arrived, I was surprised at the condition, which was advertised as good. It is basically brand new, in the original box with all the paperwork. It looks like it was fired one time, as there is a small amount of soot on the burner tube. But no heat discoloration, and the paint, stickers, etc are perfect.
My question...Should I use it or keep it new and buy another one to use?
I'll post some pictures later.

Personally, I would either use it or sell it, since I don't hang on to stuff to collect.

Nice Kamp Kook. I've never seen a 3 burner. I think that's AGM-American Gas Machine, eventually made Thermos camp stoves and lanterns. Long out of business.
The diamond oven is bueno too. I'd consider buying that. The diamond stuff is always cool Coleman at it's iconic peak.

KampKook is the same as the JC Higgins I bought from Mark Algazy years ago. Better condition tho.
