JUST WANTED TO THANK MURF FOR TAKING CARE OF MY CRUISER. TRUCK IS RUNNING LIKE A CHAMP..

I'll second that! Brakes and PS are working fine... :D

Thanks Murf!

I second that! Murf and his people.have been taking good care of me for awhile now. The nice girl that takes my parts orders may not know as much as cdan, but the part is local and murf is there for backup. Pete

yup, recently ordered from Krystal (sp.?), and she even called when the parts were in - several times

and then murf took them to the intended recipient

Thanks - When I joined CSC I told myself I would keep it simple and I didnt want to mix business with pleasure.

After I was "outed" and encouraged, I started out with the parts deal then quietly started helping some on the service side. Now its one to two a week in the shop :wrench:. (Dont worry, Im not actually wrenching on your rig :hillbilly:)

It has turned out to be a nice shot of "Landcruiser" in the middle of the usual day to day - and lately the recall stuff . I get to check out some great cruisers and get to better know some of you.

A testament to type of people in this club - everyone is patient and a joy to work with.

Murf

Thanks Murf

I can also add that Murf stands behind his work..He and his crew have recently done some work on my cruiser and all is well.

Maybe we can treat him to Taco Bell some day.

I also want to thank Eric for his help with my cruiser. Needed a new rack and pinion, great price and great communication.

Thanks again.

Chris

murf? Who is this "murf"? ;)

Agreed and X2 on the praise. CBT does a great job. Parts, Service, whatever. Now if I could get a certain salesman there to quite parking a Grey 2010 4Runner Trail Edition next to my 85 4Runner as a enticement...

Eric... :beer::clap:

Thanks Josh!

Heres my chance to thank Josh (FJ40LVR) on our board.

It is really cool that many of us try to support the other CSC members and use their services/products.

In this case, I needed 26 pairs of safety glasses for my technicians. One night at a meet I was talking to josh and remembered he is in the optics biz. Within a short period of time I was taken care of with very high quality Oakley safety M frame glasses for less than half(!) the cost of what I could find anywhere else. Awesome follow up and delivery.

(Also, Mark (Msahr) thanks for all computer, etc help you give us here at the store all the time too!)

Thanks Eric!!

He's the man and came through with fixing my broken water pump and even working with his guys to rebuild one of those expensive metal/hose lines. My 3FE has all those hard to find parts and he had them ordered and in fairly quickly.

Thanks again!

My pleasure...just give the delivery guy an extra day off sometime down the road!

Once again the man comes through! Delivered this morning and looks great! Unfortunately there are problems with my wiring, so the install will have to wait :(

Tried to pm you, but you're still full! Give me a call and let me know what I owe ya. Thanks, Eric!!

I thought I read the Scion radios hooked right up the LC radio harness. No worries on what you owe me, it was an "extra" radio anyway. Ill save the favor for when I need another one of your flares that you kindly hand out to people that tear them off their rigs :hillbilly:

It will hook right up, I got the plugs figured out. Problem is the PO "customized" the harness a little, and I'll need to spend some time undoing his work.

Anyway, my flares are your flares! Let's go to FJ again so you can rip another one off.

Thanks Eric for the excellent customer service and pricing during my visit to Camelback Toyota today.

Had the FJ in for the seat belt recall, and some fluid revitalization...all went well. Even got a rental for the day so I could run around town.

The rental (2014 Camry) performed excellent at Table Mesa :steer: , a new LC200 or 4Runner sport might have been better though! :grinpimp:

Oh,,,I purposely tried to find the oldest "thanks to Murf and CBT" thread...:hillbilly:

I was in today picking up some parts, always first class service there at CBT. Stopped by to say hi to Eric but he was evidently looking at vintage TEQ tool boxes.

I wouldn't think of taking the LandCruiser anywhere else. Brake booster replacement a few weeks back went quickly, easily, and they even confirmed that the pricing was substantially lower being a club member - so I have nothing but praise for Murf and the guys at CBT. Thanks for keeping my LandCruiser in tip-top shape!
