D90, I know you've been here before. I'm just now getting to the flare swap. This is what it looked like under there. I wish I liked the deflated look.
Any advise?

Well... I went wheeling yesterday and bashed the passenger side of my front arb. Guess I'll have to modify it like I've been wanting to. Also dented up my rear drive shaft and have a cool new vibe around 70mph. Good news is I happened to order new u-joints Friday to rebuild the shaft, guess I'll have it rebalanced too.

For tech info, I removed my front sway bar completely before we left for our trip Sunday. With the 850J springs up front I feel like the truck handled great without it. Maybe a slight bit of body roll, but with almost 200k miles on stock bushings the sway bar probably wasn't doing much anyway.

If anyone has modified their front ARB post up some pics. I've got some ideas but could always use some more!

If you use em you loose em. I think these trucks are constantly modified if you use them. I haven't done much in mine yet, not armored yet. We did go wheeling on our farm 4 wheeler trails this weekend, my 12 year old took it trough trying out all the lockers and our tire/lift set up. It's all good with a few new scrapes and a little vegetation in the condenser. I'm sure that with your skills you can beef up the ARB and make it better than ever. Do the double cardan rear shaft mod. My ARB is still wrapped in plastic. Still working on the body

Just serviced my rear axle. New bearings, seals, studs, cone washers, washers and nuts. Pretty easy job.

Now onto the new bushings all around the truck.
