Or just beat the **** out of them until they sag a little.:flipoff2:

They're certainly broke in and should ride well they did for me. Only thing you may have to add is some shims up front I have 4 degree shims but depends on your shackles I have greaseable BTB shackles somewhere near stock length.

Also may need to do a leveler block after you get the springs on you'll just have to see its a common thing to add one in the rear if you have a lean.

Leveler Block FJ40

Shackle reversal improves the ride a little better axle travels rearward under compression rather than forward as it did from the factory. The kits now a days are much better than they were 15 years ago when people were cracking the transfer cases. Some do the reversal when they add the saginaw power steering.

No agent for cool cruisers I just used them because you can navigate their site fast for posting samples.

Any body have family or friends in Chattanooga, Tennessee that could look over and test drive a 80 series for a friend that works with me?

Not in Chattanooga :frown: but can ask a few of the SEC boys I chat with here in the forum. I'll get back to you with what I find.

No luck there Albert my other option would be to post a thread in the STLCA forum I'd bet someone would be happy to help a fellow mudder out and go look at it. I know we do the same for them when they ask for help.

Lets say I want to get my truck lower to do some work under the hood, would it hurt anything to jack it up, take off the wheels, and then set it back down on the brake rotors, the jack stands I have are not much shorter than if the truck is just sitting on flats which is already a lot easier to work on but lower would be even better.

put ya a 4x4 under the knuckle so as not to bend brake rotor shields

temp sensor for ECM

idle air control valve

Looks good to me Matt, I'm no roll cage expert but something is safer than nothing and this looks like a solid design especially with the center support to hold the frame of the cage if there was a roll.

You don't need it bud you have the Exo on there, I'd save that money for a new frame :D

The seatbelts are great for securing you in the seat bud but thats not gonna protect your noggin if the roof is crushed in when your rolling off a rock slab :whoops: which none us plan to do but better safe than sorry and a good investment for longterm use.

So if I read this correctly you think should have an interior cage as well as exo skeleton on off road vehicles ?
