The club gathered today to learn and share knowledge. @matzell was gracious enough to host and be the SME.

Once we packed up and cleaned up a few of us hung around and helped Rob on his 4x4 Labs bumper. Man that is a cool bumper

It was a good day! Thanks to everyone for brining all the different machines to practice with, Big thanks to Clifton for getting all the scrap metal, missed you man! It was a good long day. Getting out there at 8:30 and finishing up after 6 pm. Thanks to @Land Shark and @FamilyCamper for staying late and helping get the bumper tacked up. I will get that welded out this week.

Looks like an informative get together!

We did 110 mig flux, 110 mig gas, 220 mig flux, 220 stick (arc), and 220 mig gas.
I hope someone stuck the electrode and let it roast when arc welding for me. I've never done enough stick welding to consider myself a welder.

That was me. I could not get the hang of that for sure. Just means I am a MIG guy.

Thanks for the reminder to finally swap over my own 4x4Labs rear onto the white '96. I'm gonna miss easily opening the hatch and tailgate!
That is why I did no swing outs on my Mall Crawler-Grocery getter!
