Tailgate Panel- anyone seen this one before? (1 Viewer)

I saw this on eBay. Have anyone seen one like it before? I like it because it looks somewhat OEM and you don't need to drill any extra holes like you would for a drop-down gate.
Our friend in Pakistan can make them if there is demand.

It looks like real steel bolt on tailgate with larger "ears." I am very happy with mine.
