tailgate motor wiring help

I took out the whole tailgate motor assembly on my 74' fj55 and took pics of how the wires went but my computer crashed and lost them. I cant figure out how to wire it back correctly. Any info and or pics would be very apprecciated.

I have a green ground wire that isnt hooked up and isn't shown in the picture? Do you know where this goes?

Coming from your motor or your harness?

The only green I have in the area is for the licence plate light (and I assume it's hot). Do you have three, three, two, two; starting from the bottom?

i have 33202 its just about 8 inches long to the lower right of the other connections and is bolted to the body

Clueless. It sounds like you have your motor wired up right though. I'll look at some diagrams right now and see if I can find it.

While on the topic, when i pulled mine apart i noticed that the original terminal strip had been burned pretty and was falling apart, my only explanation was that it had earthed out with the door latch rod that passes directly over it, to rectify this i bought a plastic terminal strip and screwed it in, easy as, and saved thing arcing up.

see the recipe for disaster????

even though it'd be fused, it's still a good idea to prevent it from happening.
