Which mounting system did you go with?

Tall guy means leg lean right in area where the Victory molle mount goes so I can't do that one.

Desert Does It panel on the front seat feet.

Tex, got any pics of the Desert Does it mounted with 🍌?

Thanks for the pic gives a much better perspective.

I want to like this, but with it attached to the seat instead of the bolts. When the seat is all the way to the back, it feels the rack is too far forward. And, when my GF drives, the seat hits the metal, so it wouldn't work with a holster.

It’s definitely more of a solution for the average height driver. Shorties and huge freaks need to look elsewhere.

Any issues or concerns with the screws pulling out of the plastic with heavier items mounting to the panel?

I can't speak for @NTV but it was a concern on our GX and I ended up replacing the screws with nuts and washers after the screws slowly started to loosen over time.

Good to know thanks! Was the plastic panel removal a pain? I am trying to decide if this is worth the effort for more storage/mounting options.

If I'm putting any hardware into the....hardware I'm attaching to the plastic trim, it's going to need some load distribution. I added some flat washers and nuts to the back of the seat trim I attached an element fire extinguisher to. The additional load would likely merit fender washers, etc if they could fit behind where you're looking to mount things.

At least on the 200s I've owned, that panel doesn't come out without lifting up the shifter console area.

I like the idea of reinforcing the backing with fender washers, or maybe even a plate of scrap aluminum, holes drilled to match the molle panel mounts.

Again, this was on a Lexus GX460, not a 200. I don't recall what all I had to do honestly as this was some two years ago, but there was some disassembly of the console area required for me to reach the backside.

No issues with mine. I have a molle pouch attached. I could see if you really pull on the plate hard how it could come out but for my use case it has been just fine. On the other side I keep a tourniquet holder and flashlight. Both smaller items little weight.

Yeah I have them and they work really well.

Does that one prevent the seat from sliding forward all the way?

On their own no but with items attached potentially depending what you attach to them and where you attach.
I forgot to mention I also purchased the door molle panels for the 200 from victory 4x4 for drivers and passenger sides. I have not installed them yet. Thinking to use them for lightweight zippered pouches for small items.
