I might have gone a little overboard, but installed a retractable mount and bearing. Has the bracket mount for the M240 and M249 and has an adapter for a M2 if you replace the barrel with the shorter one. :) And some customer molle panels on the quarter panel glass.

I think it's funny that the decision was made to retain the third row seats. I guess they come in handy when cleaning the gun and/or reloading in between skirmishes.

Legs may get a little crampy if forced to squat for long periods playing GTA till your needed.

@Eric Sarjeant I stumbled across this on IG. Seems like a good candidate for me. LC/Lx 200’s despite their outward appearances, don’t have a ton of room below the steering column (at least for me at 6’5).

Mounting in front of the seat makes the most sense to me. It’s concealed and could be drawn reasonably quickly if the need arose.

I just ordered one of these for the LC, we'll see how it works out.

That's a beautiful dog.

I'll see your Husky and raise you a couple of Belgian Shepherds. The pistol is in the Land Cruiser on the passenger seat, or on the floor in back of the of the front console if there's a passenger. There may be an FN-FAL or Ithaca 37 on the back seat under a blanket.

I did this with the top center console

I installed the Desert Does It in my 21 LC, not a huge fan of the install location. I wish it would have been installed somewhere on the seat and moved with the seat. The plastic molding snags on the bracket every time the seat gets moved from forward to back.

I wanted to gauge interest in tactical accessories for your 200. Where do you conceal in your vehicle when not on your person? What is the ideal location for driver (right handed? left handed?)

We have a relationship with a local tactical/machine shop owner who happens to be a 200-guy. They do a lot of custom stuff and I’m interested to get some feedback to him so we can get some practical products made for y’all.
Was there any interest in this similar to the Desert Does It brand, but better? =)

I installed the DDI MMP in my '17 LC and the front of the seat plastic was hitting the MMP. I reached out to them with the issue and they machined some 3/4" spacers which was enough room to move the seat forward if wife needs to drive. Customer service was great and they created a solution that worked.

I'll give them a call and explain the situation. My GF is SHORT and the seat needs to come all the way forward. They may have sent the spacers with it already. Secondly, what is the addition you have on the side of it?? I'm not totally sure the route I'm going to take, but I would have loved to have a holster a bit higher on the plastic VS all the way on the floor board.

The DDI webpage for the product mentions losing an inch of forward travel if seat is in low position. It says raise seat by a half an inch to get full travel back. Not sure if that is the same problem.

I

It’s the Clockable extension RIGHT ANGLE BRACKET AND CLOCKABLE EXTENSION (UNIVERSAL) - https://desertdoesit.com/collections/merchandise/products/right-angle-bracket-universal

Also, an option you have is to use the two seat post adapters as seat jackers. That way it sets the seat up an inch or so to give clearance. For me the seat was plenty high so I opted not to go that route.

Make molle panels for the lower sides of the console like victory 4x4 does for the 4Runner and I would buy a set as well as a plug and play lock box for the cool box.
I stumbled on the Victory site the other day, they have a molle panel for the LC 200 (not sure how new it is and I may have missed a follow up reply to this). All the stupid plush crap in the LX prevents me from being able to order it.

Thx! I ordered and installed them on my LC
I have similar molle panels to these, they’ve been mentioned in this thread, I believe. They are great but if you want them to support the weight of a tactical banana you need to attach with nuts instead of the provided screws, just FYI.

I had that in our last GX. I ended up running a nut and washer on the backside as the self tapping screws just weren't enough to support the weight of the loaded piece combined with the dynamics of bouncing around while driving. The LX has leather in that spot which isn't ideal for putting holes in lol. I prefer the location I have now on the LX with it at the front of the seat and between my legs. It's easy to draw, out of the way of my drinks and other needs in the center stack and out of sight of most peoples prying eyes.

Which mounting system did you go with?

Tall guy means leg lean right in area where the Victory molle mount goes so I can't do that one.
