what is the size/length/pitch of the 5 bolts that hold a 3spd t-case to the tranny adaptor? I need to get new ones for my SM420/adaptor/t-case project, but don't have the old ones availble to use as guides.
Thanks,
Brian

Here's what ya need:

Tcase to adapter:
Long bolts are 7/16 coarse, 5" grip length. 3 needed.
7/16 lock washers 3 needed.
Studs for the short, inside the tcase attachment, 7/16Fx7/16cx2"length, Napa # ST-52 (2 needed)
Lock nuts for studs, 7/16-20, Napa # 4867-032 (2 needed)
7/16 flat washers for the studs (2 needed).

To attach the adapter to Tranny:
8) 3/8"-16
8) 3/8 flat washers
8) 3/8 lock washers

Other parts:

Tranny gasket set, SM420 Napa # ts-27520-x (list 8.96)
From Toyota:
Tcase input seal 90311-42014 (list 7.12)
Washer plate 90201-35070 (list 5.80)
Transger case gasket 36143-60010 (list 2.69)

Bearing # N-307-LOE ($44 or so from A&W Bearing)

A & W is in Dallas, they had some in stock and can have them drop shipped from Federal Mogul in AL. I think Napa also sells this bearing as do many other places, this is just the best price I found. The have a website.

Sorry I failed to think and include this info in the most resent adapter only packages.

Thanks Spaceghost.
