1. Any experts out there know what size nut fits the rear spring (u-bolt) plates? I custom ordered M12X1.25 thinking the uppers were the same as lowers in the rear....of course not! These are not originals from this vehicle. Did they vary in design year to year?

2. Might same expert have an idea what lock washer to use between the front upper shock pin nut and shock mount (side opposite the shock).

Get your pitch gauge out & gauge the thread. Split lock washer goes next to the nut, flat washer behind that, always.
 
Hey,post pic please. I don't recall any flat washer on the side opposite the shock.

As for the rear springplates, I have no thread pitch gauge, but I could get one somewhere if I had to. Pretty damn sure it's 1.25 but maybe a M13 or so. Definitely not an M12!

As far as I know my are 14 mm X 1.25 pitch
