Yes, all 100-series are full-time 4wd, like the 80-series was/is. Part-time 4wd is in vehicles like the Sequioa/Tundra, 4runner/Tacoma unless the LC owner did a part-time 4wd conversion

^4WD all the time. I have a buddy who converted his to a 2WD/4WD to improve fuel economy. It cost over $2000 and he barely gets 2mpg more than he did before....they sure are gas guzzlers but IMO it has more pros than cons compared to a vehicle where you can switch between 2WD and 4WD. Especially since there is no need to lock hubs and you don't run the risk of a push-bottom failing

Ok so I am trying to narrow it down. I know that the LX has the AHC. So if the LC and LX are the same year what else is different between the 2? Thanks!

Even the LC has AHC from a certain year.

Here's a good place to start. http://sleeoffroad.com/newbie/newbieUZJ100.htm

The one thing I really like in the LX is the auto folding mirrors. Would be handy for the trail.

The LX has other little nice things like door gap seals to cut down on road noise.

What I'd really like is an LX with night vision, but that's harder to come by.

My LX has folding mirrors, self dimming mirrors, auto down mirrors when reversing, auto retracting steering wheel, leather, wood, Lexus badge. :-)
I think that there is a LC105 model which has selectable 4wd with free wheeling hubs, but not sure.

I'd buy an LC just to avoid the auto-down mirrors ;-)
My wife's MDX has those - never understood why the engineers think I want to see the ground by the back tires when I'm backing up. I'd rather see where I'm headed... not what I've already run over

It can be turned off in the LX. Put the mirror selector switch in the middle and it wont activate.

The tilt down feature is a lot of help if you park in close quarters or a garage. It's also a lot of help while reversing off road as you can see where your rear wheels are.

I'd avoid buying a LX over a 100 just because I am not a fan of the Lexus nose job and logo's and lipstick. The Land Cruiser looks so much better.
That being said, I have a '06 LX, what can I say.

X2.
My LX came from the family, but given a choice the LC is preferable. Not many of the differences between the two improve trail capability.

I always enjoy the look on the faces of people on th etrack when you show up in a Lexus.
