Sunroof rubber seal - where does this go?

I opened my sunroof today for the first time in probably 10 years. When I did this piece of runner seal fell in my lap. It's about 3 feet long and I can't tell where it would go. It looks like it's made to press in a groove but I can't see where. Can anyone tell me?
