No I didn't bolt it down,but it has crossed my mind. A friend of mine told me there are some threaded holes in the bed so at some point I'll see if I can find them and bolt it down that way.

Add a leaf is a poor option, I've lived with them on two trucks, your better off saving up for an OME heavy spring set...
Guess I'm gonna have to bolt it down...gotta do some research on that and see what kinda options I have
You might want to look at Pressnuts, drill a hole, insert nut, insert tool, flare the nut and your done. Much easier than trying to weld a nut to thin sheet metal.Mine is in the process of being bolted down, plan on tacking some nuts under the truck to bolt through the top.
