Stock Dunlops to -> KO2s: switch spare as well?

What would they normally do if not told anything? Trying to understand if this is specific to the tire or to the LC.
Any PSI recommendations? This is a D1 load tire, stock LC.

@gaijin has previously recommended 46 PSI (cold) for the 285/60/18 LT tires, and IIRC it did not matter if they were C, D or E rated.

The lug nut torque (97 ft-lb) is specific to the LC, not the tires (it's in the owner's manual, page 534 for my 2017 LC).

Right you are! :clap:

The Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure for LT285/60R18 KO2's on a LC200 is 46psi F/R. The Load Rating (D or E) makes no difference.

I also strongly suggest buying 5 tires. I prefer the 5-tire rotation recommended by TireRack:
