Stock Dunlops to -> KO2s: switch spare as well?

They use the 'calibrated' gun to torque your studs. I tell tire shops to tell me when they're ready to torque (regardless of vehicle), and I go out with my own torque wrench. I also tell them the PSI to set my tires to.

What would they normally do if not told anything? Trying to understand if this is specific to the tire or to the LC.
Any PSI recommendations? This is a D1 load tire, stock LC.

@gaijin has previously recommended 46 PSI (cold) for the 285/60/18 LT tires, and IIRC it did not matter if they were C, D or E rated.

The lug nut torque (97 ft-lb) is specific to the LC, not the tires (it's in the owner's manual, page 534 for my 2017 LC).

Off-road use: Yes, I intend to, have only had it for less than 2 weeks now. Never done off-roading before, so will start with something easy and work my way up.

Then get a full size spare.

The Recommended Cold Tire Inflation Pressure for LT285/60R18 KO2's on a LC200 is 46psi F/R. The Load Rating (D or E) makes no difference.
