Anyone live close to Huntsville Alabama that can do me a favor. Need a windshield from a guy down there. It needs to be removed from the 60. I can drive to Chattanooga to pick it up, this would help me out tremendously to help complete the 60 project.
Edit: while I was posting this, seller sent me a PM letting me know he accidentally busted it putting the 60 on a trailer. Anybody got a windshield?

Sorry to get back late Ryan. I was just going to let you know I will be in BHam March 17-20 I could have picked up the WS on way back. Man that sucks but I'll keep an eye open for one.

Hey bud, how are things going on your side of the world.

But the short answer is slow. Weather has been crazy here the last few weeks and the ground is mush So progress hasn't been the best, but I'm hoping to get it dried in in the next couple weeks.

I miss a lot of stuff. You idiots are definitely on the list. Fresh air, good beer, open spaces, a place to run are all around the top.
This place is just silly. Tons of work but it is terribly frustrating becasue the counterparts do not have near the capacity to accomplish even some of the most basic tasks. Every so often they surprise us.
Traffic here is so unbelievably bad we get locked down by the time we get home from work. Sundays is the only day we can really go do anything in the car. Some days it takes me 3 hours to drive the 5 miles home. But since I have to have my car available running home (like my trooper wife does every night) is not an option.
You guys would lose it over here. Either shack up with a Filipina whore drunk all day or murder a Filipino driver.
Lots of cool trucks I would love to adopt but looks like that is a pipe dream. I have explored buying something and getting a Marine to bring it home when he rotates and paying him for the service. Getting a truck home from here in addition to Penny would cost me $8000. Selling Penny over here would be impossible. ONe of you douche bags might give me $15K for her but over here no one has that scratch and aren't going to buy something that is not diesel. Serious runners all drive 80 series and no the value f a straight axle.
Hope to get home one day and wheel with you guys again. In the meantime, I have to be content to dream about it.
