LOL, yeah been to the outskirts once but that was too close for me.

Oh cool, by outskirts do you mean Phoenix or Vegas? Lol.

No sh!t

I visited a friend in Santa Monica, the freeway drive back towards Arizona was flanked by dense neighborhoods for at least 75 miles. Still very populated much further than that.

Actually Chino and Ontario. Yeah, they told me I was going to work in Southern California for a week or so and when I got my plane tickets to "Ontario" I was like WTF, where are they sending me. As far as I could tell I was about as far east as you could be and still be considered in "L.A." We went into to town one night to go to Knott's Berry Farm, but that was as close as I go to downtown or the ocean.

I used to live in Huntington Beach as a kid. Wouldn't live there for anything. Northern Cali I could prob do.

I don't mind ontario, fontana, riverside area to bad, like you said your pretty much out of L.A. at that point. Once in awhile we get close to down town to load but not often. I used to go rite past KBF to a place we loaded at in that area but never had time to stop.

2 weeks away from home + lots of rain and heat = me spending all day mowing grass.

Glad you can do it. I am barely responsible for my own actions!

Why must the line at the DMV always be so effin long?! 2nd one here, 4th in line 45 minutes before they open.....

Major suckage to get my CCP renewed, at least it is only once every 4 years.

I didn't know you could renew it online. I was under the impression it had to be by mail or in person at a testing station, and I don't trust the mail when it comes to my conceal carry renewal.

It actually wasn't bad. The hour wait for them to open did suck, but I got to go to "counter 7" and it took less than 10 minutes once inside, and was first in that line.

I did feel bad for the first guy in line who had brought his granddaughter to take her driving test, they didn't have her "school form" so they basically waited 2 hours to leave. Plus they only had one regular person there so no driving tests today and the line just to get in was around the building when I was leaving.

Edit: Per State Web-site: CCP/HCP can only be renewed via mail or in person.
