I was watching Dora with my daughter and all of the sudden this cruiser appeared!!
If it was an 80 series and it was the other side that was missing the wheel I would say it was Todds.
Ever seen RIO with your daughter? There's a sweet yellow 40 the dude drives. This is the best pic i could find on the interweb
