I agree with FirstToy and motorsargeT completely. Your temp gauge is in the wrong spot for comparison. Call CDan and order a new Thermostat and make sure you have bled the system of air. Otherwise you should be good to go.

when wheeling at slow speeds back in September, my factory gauge would climb to about 3/4 and my aftermarket guage would hit almost 230-235. Whether or not my temp guage is in a different spot or not, it shouldn't be seeing 230+ degrees.
