I have a 2002 Land Cruiser and my stereo controls stopped working. Everything on and around the navigation screen works and all controls under stereo controls work. Audio says cd is playing but nothing comes out and I can’t switch to anything else or change volume. When switching to sound screen it, there’s nothing there to adjust speakers. I checked all the fuses and pulled the head unit out to check for loose plugs. Ran the diagnostics but not sure what the codes mean.
