No. You need to adjust the rod from the pitman arm to the center link to align your steering wheel.
Loosen the steering wheel, then while driving (on a non crowded road) lift it up and reposition it as needed......

If the question is to have the spokes of your steering wheel straight why not just remove it the reinstall it? Or maybe that isn't what you are asking?
