Yes, dates are the same. No changing. I'm looking at houses and will let everyone know the location and price. If I can get a house for mid week to weekend, I'll try, but usually committed to a full week. Then everyone can come and go as they please, or stick around for the whole time.

No update as of yet. But the plan remains... I'm in France until Saturday, and I'll get the house info shortly after arriving back in the US.
I am going to talk to the wife and see if we can make this. Just sold the 80 last week so in usual fashion we may be attending in the Honda pilot if there are some peeps we still know attending. The FJ43 is still years down the road unless anyone want to buy a yurt

Talked it over with Laura. She has finals that week, right up until Friday Morning. I could get away Friday, Saturday and Sunday but that's it. Would that mesh with the other plans / cabin reservations that have been made?
I have exams the week after.
I'll have to revise the count, but it seems there are a lot of houses available, and some big ones... I'll try and finalize tonight and send some options out. Should have something in stone by Friday, and I can make the deposit after the holiday.

What I'm proposing is a cost sharing plan... If you're staying 4+ days pay $200. If you're staying 4 or less, $100. We could calculate it out per day, per room but it might be cost restrictive to those arriving early, and stupid cheap for those arriving when the house is completely full. It's a great deal regardless of how long you stay as the campsites at Frisco Woods are ~40 per night...
