I work across the street from Erik, so wasn't too surprised to see him puling onto the on-ramp in front me today around lunch time. The ham antennae gave him away...and the wave out the window when he saw me behind him...

Spotted this getting loaded onto a trailer. If it hits the back of the trailer hard enough the hitch will make a hole to attach a strap to.

Spotted a sweet 96 white LX450 well built and white Monstalined roof and hatch driven by a guy named Rick from Arkansas. He was motoring just north of Missouri border on Hwy 71 with a black Hummer. I didn't have the presence of mind to snap a pic but he said he would check in here.

12 days in and finally spotted an LC in MX

Saw an early 100 series in the O'Reilly's parking lot today. Met the owner inside. He recently bought it and has already started modifications for a trip to Colorado soon. It's already locked with an OME lift, bigger shoes and sliders. I forgot what else he said he's done to it. He has a friend who also recently bought an LX470. He already knew about MUD so I let him know about TAC and hopefully he will track us down here. I keep some of those club business cards in my 40, but I guess I also need to keep a few in the truck.

I have seen two 80's here in Topeka in the last year. Haven't gotten any good pictures. One is blue and somewhat done up and carries his spare up on the roof. The other I saw last week was tan w/ ARB front bar and a slee dual rear. Looked really nice, the guy was wearing his bush hat like he was going on safari up north of the river ! Haven't had a chance to talk with either of them and doubt they are mud members.
