I'll start by saying i've been having lots of issues. and this is another one. I've done some digging on the forums, and so far as I can tell, its an issue with the cable and not the cluster. I did a visual inspection on the assembly on the transfer case. I have never taken a look down there before so I don't really know what it should be. Opon tinkering with it, the whole assembly is loose, like i can wiggle it around. It is also weeping fluid, Ill provide a video if i can tomorrow. If i cant send a video ill post a image. It should be noted that i've been having the speedometer squeak when its cold, but it goes away when the truck warms up. I was in the great basin on all of those dusty hundred mile long roads. And one morning it decided i was a race car driver. So when I was going 30mph it was reading like 90. Anywho its been kinda on the edge for a while. Like i said on a previous thread, It cut out on I5 when I was going over a pass and the truck got nice and hot. Just want to get some more experienced heads to see if anyone knows whats going on.
