Would I neead a capacitor or anything else? Wouldn't that drain your battery? I like the setup bc it's cheap. But it may not be cheap if I have to add other things :/
I have run my speakers all day and it has started up fine. This setup is nowhere near needing capacitors. That's when you run 3-4 subs. There really isn't a power problem as this is a simple and small system. The only other things you need are an install kit and a sub box.

Crutchfield has a user guide that shows what will fit your vehicle. I haven't used it on my LX, but have used it in the past on other vehicles and the head unit and speakers were spot on with no modifications necessary. Just fyi.

I had some Kenwood KFC-1668s on hand so used these in the front doors. Here it is next to stock. Barely fit. Hit it with some black so blue didn't show thru the grill and added a layer of flat rubber to the back so the magnet doesn't rattle on the window channel. Sound is much better than stock.

Hey @JCruse , are you running the Polk DB651 / 6501's in the front as well? Do they touch the sides of the dashboard?

I am using them and they do not touch, go Polk Audio all around and you will be happy, another speaker to consider is the Infinity Kappa series they have better lows but not as pronounce highs!
