Can someone help me find replacement speakers for my 2007?

I see a lot of different answers on the web and could use some suggestions.

I got a set of these for the front and rear door.

As well as the infinity tweeters. As far as the subwoofer goes, that is very tricky and there is not really a replacement for it. You need a dual voice coil subwoofer (there are 4 wires that go to it) that is 6.5 in. The impedance of the subwoofer needs to be like 8 ohms. (note, this varies by year. Mine is a 2006, so I’m assuming the same as 2007). If you put something with lower impedance, you risk overheating and burning out your amp. The other issue is that the box where the subwoofer sits is very shallow, so nothing really fits in there. Some people have built custom boxes or brackets or removed material from the OEM box to make things fit. At the end of the day, the easiest option for the subwoofer is to refoam and reuse the old one or buy a used one from eBay. I bought a new one from Toyota for my truck, but they are like $500 and might not be available. Anyhow. That is all I know.

If you want to go a cheaper route you could always refoam the factory speakers. This is what I did. The factory speakers actually sound pretty good in these things as long as they're not blown out. It is very difficult to find a decent replacement for the subwoofer. I tried a couple different brands that were recommended on here but I was never able to get them sound right so I just refoamed the original and it sounded far better than any aftermarket. If I remember correctly you can purchase a refoam kit for every speaker on either ebay or amazon for less than $50. There are a few really good youtube videos out there that show how to do the refoaming process. It's fairly simple.

careful on the speaker resistance. on the '04 front/mid are 2ohm i believe. Most plug and play units are 4ohm. does it make a difference? I believe so, at least as far as volume is concerned.

Experts?????

That's not my story and i'm not stickin' to it
