You will probably have better luck in the classified.

Nope he sells the upper one.
The one he misses is the lower one, I miss it also (only the rubber me). For an unknown reason the upper one is reproduced and sold everywhere but no one cares about the lower one. The few I've seen in the used market went sold in no time.
