Spare Assembly Attachment or Modification (1 Viewer)

Howdy All -

I just put 17" Icon Vecor 5's on my 2011 LX570. Purchased a 5th for the spare as I'm awaiting the delivery of my Dissent Bumper. In the mean time, I'd like to put the spare back underneath as I need cargo area from time to time and the spare is currently take all of that space.

The manager at the tire shop said that there are aftermarket attachments out there that will accommodate the smaller center bore on the Vector 5s (~72mm) but I cant for the life of me find anything to size down (plenty of ways to size up it seems).

Anyone run into this before and found a solution? Appreciate the help!

So is the issue that the OEM support beam on the cable is too wide to fit through the ICON hole? How close is it? Can you remove a bit of material without affecting the strength?

Center bore on the hub-centric wheels we use should be 110 or 110.1 mm. The 72mm you suggest simply would not fit.
