Being the way things turn out to be; Canada Cruisers no longer produces body panels. This was going to be my source for my restor projects. I'm trying to avoid CCOT for the panels as I have seen comments mainly about there fenders and fitment issues with them.

Anyone have any sources for replacement rear sills, quarter panels, floors, and such?

Thanks

if your not hell bent for steel, try aqua-lu in kelowna seems they make most everything from aluminum and if they dont make it already, maybe they can build it... might give em a shot:beer:

I've commented on cool cruiser's parts in the past when appropriate, I've used them dozens of times. Their latest sets of front fenders are highly improved over the old ones, they have had the dies reworked and they are much much better. I installed them on my current 1980. All the other parts you mention require fabrication, no matter where they come from. There's no plug and play on quarters, floors, sill, etc. I had a heritage sill...it in no way was superior to ccot's, the ones I used to make, or any other, in fact it had serious fitment problems. At this time, ccot, ebay, etc. are all about the same imo on those items, but the front fenders are much better than they were, although still not Toyota quality.

Good to hear CCOT has improved their fenders - I need a set for my 45 lwb and have read about all the fitment issues. Texx - kinda hard to describe I know but what exactly was required for fitting the CCOT front fenders on your '80?

Sorry about the highjack:o

Wanted to subscribe to this thread. I am looking for a rear 1/4 and floor pans for my 40 and am not sure who to buy from... Hopefully I can find some answers here.

Anyone know the fitment of the 1/4 from CCOT? Any problems?

Jonny
