Is there a specific year that you're looking for?

The early factory rear heater shared the same knob as the front heater. 9/72-9/73 had knobs marked FAN FRONT and FAN REAR. 9/73 on the rear heater came on with the front heater on high speed. Exception was during 8/80-1/81 the rear heater has a switch in the center console.

Show us a pic of its location on the dash and what it's connected to.

Do not believe you have a 73 model. Possibly a early built 74 model. Heater with the vent on top and valve to control fluid to the heater coils started with the 74 model. 74 model did not have a separate knob for the rear heater. High speed on the front blower turned on the rear heat.

73 owner's manual.

Do you have a working vent in the center of the cowl or is it welded close?

Your dash is just like my 75. That silver knobs setup isn't stk, what's it hooked up to?
What @Living in the Past said. Warm pull manually opens the water control valve mounted on the other side of the firewall. and the fan knob......well.

This may be an option it you have access to a 3D printer
