If I remember right, I think someone gave a couple hundred USD for one a while back. It would be kinda cool to have if the bidding didnt get too crazy.

I wish Toyota would import everything they make to all the different countries. That way I could have a diesel and others could have air bags and that BS!

I have one on my SR5 4Runner and was wondering if I could get another and fit it on my FJ60. I kind of like the altimeter (sp?) and it is fairly accurate.

i picked one of these up from someone on this board for $75 about 4 months ago. it's a fun thing to have and the clock actually works, which is nice.

to be clear though - there's no altimeter on this. only the clock and inclinometer.

i have a feeling there'll be a bidding war on the ebay posting though. i'm betting it'll top $150 easily.

I noticed that, but thats why I wondered if the one from a 4Runner would be an easy retro swap to the 60. I like my 4Runners but I can not seem to get the inclinometer to work, but the lights and altimeter work fine.

ahh.. sorry i didn't realize your question and can't answer it. i do know that i had to disassemble the thing to get the inclinometer calibrated. seemed it was knocked out of wack at some point and the gears skipped causing it to be off in angles. i'm not familiar with the 4Runner to know if that would help you.

yea but does it need to be plugged in is thre like a plug in the harness thats sitting there or something where exactly does that thing go?
TwEaK

i got the wiring instructions from a guy on here. you just splice into the harness using a test light to find hot wires for the different powered items - always on, switched on and on with lights.

Neat. That clock looks the same as the one in the dash in my 4Runner IIRC my mom had a 62 with the same clock. Now I want one in my 60, but still will look at fitting a 4Runner one to it so that it sits on top of the dash.

I keep llokin for a Limited slip centre for the front,
Looking for a airlocker removal and all I keep finding ar inclonometers
Dam!!!

Good pickup for someone

Keep your money. They are an option that was laughed at in Australia.

The last thing you want to be doing is looking at inclinometer on a steep incline.
Also, the guages take some time to settle before you get an accurate reading so by the time your in a precarious predicament it will be too late to read the gauges:D
They were discontinued after 1990 in Landcruisers.
I think the Patrols and Mitsubishis had them in that era as well and were also discontinued.

I dont think I would make my driving decisions by them, dont want come to a stop to get an accurate reading

My point exactly. You could get the same effect by tieing a piece of string to the mirror with a weight attached:D

Oh come on what else are you gonna put in that spot?

Just tha fact thats its LC orig. and there is a clock makes it OK in my book!

Agreed. That's why I bought one.
